Partition of extruded face

Hello, I have a task that should seem fairly simple, namely extrude a face (and thus create a solid) and partition this new solid using other faces. However, when I am performing the partition, the results turns out all wrong (random lines everywhere). I have attachted a script that you can run to reproduce the situation, and will post a few pictures below. I hope someone can help. Best, Johan
